Return, Damage & Warranty, Damages & Loss

Please check your order on arrival. All damaged goods and losses must be reported by phone within 48 hours from receipt of your order. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.  

Returns 

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under warranty:

We will endeavour to provide as much information as possible within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you need to return any product we will allow you to do so within 14 days from the delivery date. Should you need to return your order please phone prior to returning the product and ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery ticket with the goods. You will need to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a 20% restocking charge, provided the goods are returned to us in a resalable condition.  

Returning an item that is faulty

If we have supplied an item that is faulty upon delivery or becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect*, we will arrange collection of the goods (please put a copy of your delivery ticket with the goods.). Should we, upon receipt of said items, be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.  

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly: If we send you the wrong item, please phone us, all goods received in error will be collected and replaced at our cost.   

Warranty 

We offer a 2 year Guarantee on our Wavian Steel Jerrycans If within this period your product becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect* please phone us with your order number and information regarding the fault. We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should the returned item be damaged or abused, not as a result of a manufacturing defect, no replacement or credit will be given.

A return delivery charge for your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to contact us by phone before returning any goods to us. If you have ordered a custom Minibar Jerry Can, please contact us directly at 01508 493 647

Overseas Orders 

(All orders supplied outside the UK mainland)  All warranty, damaged and unused goods must be returned by the buyer. We will replace or refund any goods that are proven to be defective. 

*Please see our website for the correct way to open and close a Jerry Can as this is not a manufacturing fault.
