Our cans are rinsed out with a cleaning fluid after they are manufactured which does have a fuel-like scent to it. We can confirm that this is normal and does no harm to the can or the fuel that is then put inside.

No. The coloured steel cans are lined with a rezinol lining inside and are suitable for fuel only, not water.

The Site Cans are a more affordable solution to storing fuel & we wanted to give our customers the option of having a lower-price choice of steel can. The Wavian quality may not be matched, but they are a decent can for fuel storage.

    20 Litre Water Container in white

    Ultra high grade container made of fracture-proof polyethylene (HD-PE). Natural coloured with UV protection, suitable for the storage of many liquids. Complete with an attachable tap for easy dispensation.

    The container has a large opening (48 mm diameter) to allow easy filling, emptying and cleaning and a gripping surface on the base for secure handling.
    It is also resistant to greases, resins, alkalis, oils and acids and the lower opening is sealed with a screw plug for screwing in spigots and corner valves (wide thread 22 mm).

    A blue spigot (tap) is included and is neatly stored within a recess in the container when not in use.
