Easter delivery order information

We’re heading up to the Easter Bank holidays in slightly unusual circumstances. You don’t need us to tell you what is happening right now, but we can tell you that our office staff are all currently working remotely and all orders are being processed by our fulfilment providers who are working to the Government safety guidelines.

Easter holidays

Our staff will be on holiday on Fri 10th April and Mon 13th April, as a result all orders that are received between now (12:30pm wed 8th April) and 12pm on Thu 9th April will be processed and sent out for delivery on Tue 14th April.

Any order received between 12:01pm on Thu 9th April and 12pm on Tue 14th April will be dispatched on Tue 14th April and delivered on Wed 15th April.

PLEASE NOTE: Some orders are taking slightly longer to arrive, this is because of the huge numbers of online orders currently going through the delivery network. Once the courier picks up your order from us you will receive a text message to let you know when they are coming to delivery.
